The material that the customer wants to screen is compost. According to the customer’s requirements, the MTS1225 mobile trommel screen is designed. The diameter of the drum is 1200 mm, and the length of the drum is 2500 mm.
The trommel screen is equipped with a belt conveyor inside the hopper, which can evenly transport the materials entering the hopper to the drum screen for screening.
The screen mesh of the trommel screen is composed of high manganese wire braided mesh. The aperture of the screen mesh is generally designed to be 20mm, but it can be customized according to the needs. The undersize that passes through the trommel screen is discharged through the side conveyor connected to the bottom conveyor. The oversize is discharged through the tail of the drum, which is equipped with a discharge conveyor.
The side conveyor is foldable and can be stowed away to save space when the machine is not in use. The front of the trommel screen is equipped with traction, which can be moved by trailer or forklift. The frequency conversion control cabinet equipped with the trommel screen can operate and control the machine conveniently.
