This trommel screen can screen compost into fine sizes, such as 10 mm, 20 mm, etc. Materials enter the hopper through a loader or excavator. A feed conveyor is designed in the hopper to evenly transport the materials entering the hopper to the drum for screening. The screen is made of manganese wire braided screen material, and the screen aperture can be customized according to needs. The screened fine materials will pass through the screen, reach the bottom conveyor, and then be discharged through the side conveyor. Then the aniseed will be discharged through the tail of the roller and connected to the tail conveyor for transportation.
The trommel screen is equipped with a cleaning brush, which can clean the screen while the machine is working to prevent the screen from clogging. Our brushes are made of high-quality flocking technology and nylon material.
The frequency conversion control cabinet equipped with the machine is very convenient to operate and can adjust the speed of the conveyor and rollers.
