The mobile trommel screen we customized for the customer was shipped to Hong Kong. The material that the customer wants to screen is pig manure. The pig manure is packed in bags of garbage bags. The pig manure in the bags needs to be broken up and then sieved into fine materials. The diameter of the drum is 1200 mm, and the length of the drum is 2000 mm.
According to the needs of customers, we design the screen mesh of the trommel screen to be made of 316 stainless steel, and a broken knife is designed inside the screen mesh, which can puncture the bags entering the drum, and the materials inside will be fully screened. A door that can be opened is designed at the front and rear of the drum. After the material is screened, the cover can be opened to take out the plastic bag.
We also equip the trommel screen with a conveyor for feeding, which can transport the material through the conveyor to the hopper for screening. The aperture of the sieve is designed to be 50 mm. We design the sieve to be replaceable and can be replaced with replacement sieves of different apertures to meet the screening needs of different sizes.
The customer is equipped with a screw conveyor with a hopper at the outlet of the trommel screen to carry out subsequent processing of the screened fine materials.
